Tommi Norman is an experienced Development Manager at DNA Oyj, specializing in Corporate Services within the Technology department since April 2014, previously focusing on mobile switch and VPBX integrations. Prior experience includes diverse roles at TDC from May 2006 to April 2014, where Tommi contributed to various projects as a System Engineer, and as a Technical Support Engineer at Trio Network Solutions, providing 24x7 support for mobile operators in the EMEA region. Tommi also held positions at Tellabs, supporting their 8100 NMS & HW products, and at Alcatel Finland, providing technical support for PBX products. Tommi holds a B.Sc. in Data Communications from Helsinki Institute of Technology, completed in 1999.
