Katheryn Viau, CHRL, serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources at DNA Genotek since April 2017, where responsibility includes leading talent management for OraSure's Molecular Business Unit, fostering a high-performance culture aligned with organizational strategy. Prior to this, Katheryn held roles at Deloitte Canada, including Senior Human Resources Manager and Talent Advisor, focusing on customized talent strategies and managing performance processes for national client groups. Experience also includes serving as an Employee Relations Advisor at KPMG and earlier positions at Deloitte Canada and Stikeman Elliott LLP. Katheryn holds a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources Management from Seneca Polytechnic and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from both McGill University and The University of Queensland.
