Fernando Arruda has a work experience that spans over several years and includes various roles and responsibilities. Fernando started their career in 1997 as an Analista Operacional at DMS LOGISTICS and held this position until 2001. After that, they became the Gerente Operacional at the same company from 2001 to 2003. From 2004 to 2007, Fernando worked as the managing director at DMS LOGISTICS, and then they became the CEO of the company in 2008. In 2012, they joined Fera holding as a Sócio de capital. In 2015, they became a Member of the Entrepreneurs' Organization. Most recently, in 2017, they founded 4L - FOUR LOG.

Fernando Arruda completed a CEO FGV degree in Administration and Business from Fundação Getulio Vargas between 2007 and 2010. Fernando also attended Holmes College in Australia from 2001 to 2002, focusing on Teaching English as a Second Language.
