Brian Kolbe has extensive work experience in engineering and construction. Brian started their career as a Survey Intern at RSV Engineering in 2001, where they worked until 2005. Brian then joined Yaggy Colby as a Construction Inspection Intern in 2005 and continued in that role until 2006. In 2006, they started working at H.W. Lochner as a Project Engineer and is still employed there. In 2022, they also began working as a Project Engineer at Horrocks Engineers.

Brian Kolbe attended the University of Wisconsin-Platteville from 2002 to 2007. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
