Rollin J Groseclose has extensive work experience in tax and advisory services. Rollin J started their career at DMJPS PLLC in 1997, where they became a Partner and Director of Tax Services. In the same year, they also joined Johnson Price Sprinkle PA as a Shareholder, where they managed a variety of tax and advisory services for business clients. Rollin J'sexpertise mainly focused on closely-held or family-owned businesses in industries such as manufacturing, distribution, construction, real estate development, and hospitality. Rollin J stayed with Johnson Price Sprinkle PA until June 2022.

Throughout their career, Rollin J Groseclose also actively served in various professional organizations and associations. Rollin J was a Board Member of the North Carolina Association of CPAs, taking on roles such as a member of the Tax Modernization Task Force and Chair of the Taxation Committee. Rollin J worked closely with lawmakers to evaluate tax reform proposals, educate members and the public, and advocate for fair taxation systems at federal, state, and local levels.

Additionally, Groseclose served as a Board Member and Treasurer of Mountain BizWorks, an organization dedicated to helping small businesses succeed in Western NC through lending, training, consulting, and advocacy. Rollin J also contributed to UNC Asheville as a member of the Advisory Board for the Department of Management & Accountancy.

Lastly, Groseclose was a Board Member of the Charlotte-Blue Ridge Chapter of Hospitality Financial & Technology Professionals (HFTP), an international association supporting professionals in the hospitality industry. This chapter primarily consisted of country club, resort, and hotel finance personnel.

Rollin J Groseclose completed their education at the University of North Carolina Asheville from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Prior to attending university, they attended Milford High School from 1990 to 1991. In addition to their academic achievements, Rollin J Groseclose obtained certifications as a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) from the AICPA in 2012 and as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the NC State Board of Certified Public Accountant Examiners.
