Alan McNamee serves as the Senior Vice President of Fintech Services at Dminds Solutions Inc. since March 2023, where responsibilities include leading a team focused on delivering exceptional service and driving business growth. Prior to this, Alan held various roles at Tavant from September 2015 to May 2023, including Director of the Encompass Center of Excellence and Senior Technical Architect, where Alan managed teams, developed testing techniques, and oversaw the implementation of mortgage applications. Alan's experience also includes positions at AmCap Mortgage, Gold Financial Services, Pilgrim Mortgage, Southwest Funding, Freedom Mortgage, and Supreme Lending, where Alan consistently managed branch operations and administrative functions. Alan's early career began with the US Navy, where Alan trained in secure communication technologies. Educational qualifications include training at the Defense Language Institute and a degree in Electro-Mechanics from IPSIA Fedele Lampertico.
