Lisa Rocheford currently serves as the Office Manager at DMC Primary Care, overseeing operations for one of the seven locations as the organization expands to meet the healthcare needs of New Hampshire. Prior to this role, Lisa spent 26 years at Concord Hospital, where responsibilities included managing a team of 16 Call Center Associates and overseeing the Call Center's operations, which catered to various healthcare offices. Additionally, Lisa managed the Human Investigation Committee, which monitors approximately 100 clinical trials. Lisa holds an MBA in Leadership from Franklin Pierce University and a BS in Human Services from Springfield College.
