Ahmed Abdel Fattah possesses extensive experience in information technology, currently serving as the Information Technology Section Head, Technical Support Section Head, and Senior Information Technology Specialist at DMC since August 2016. Responsibilities include overseeing all IT aspects within the Engineering Sector and establishing strategic direction for the IT department. Prior experience includes working as a Technical Support Team Leader at CompuWorld from January 2008 to December 2016, where Ahmed focused on troubleshooting network issues and enhancing operational efficiency. Additionally, involvement as an Outsourcing Technical Support Engineer for Daralmimar in both Public Cloud Service and New Cairo for Trading occurred between 2011 and 2016. Ahmed holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign Commerce from Advanced Academy, earned from 2006 to 2010.
