Felix Rios, MMgt SHRM-CP has a wealth of experience in the human resources field. Felix began their career in 2004 as an Assistant Store Manager at Walgreens. In 2006, they moved to Family Dollar as a Store Manager/Assistant District Manager. In 2008, they became a Branch Manager at Trades Masters. From 2011 to 2017, they worked at PETCO Animal Supplies, Inc. as a General Manager/District Loss Prevention Captain. In 2017, they moved to IKEA Group as a Customer Service Manager. In 2018, they joined PeopleReady as a Senior Lead Recruiter/HR Gen. In 2019, they moved to CEC Companies as a Human Resources Corporate Recruiter/HR Gen. In 2021, they joined Polk Mechanical Company as a Human Resources Recruiter/Business Partner. Felix is currently working at DLRdmv as a Human Resources Director and HR Leader.
