Michael Fletcher, AIA, Associate DBIA, is a Project Architect at DLR Group since August 2015, specializing in collaborative design for a variety of projects including new construction, renovation, and adaptive reuse. Earlier experience includes serving as the Architecture Team Lead for the "InHouse" project during the 2015 Solar Decathlon, where Michael led a team to design a net-zero home. Additional roles include an Architectural Intern at KTGY Group focusing on multi-family residential architecture, a Project Engineer Intern at Martel Construction, and an Associate at the MSU Office of Sustainability. Michael's early internships at HKS involved international hospitality projects, contributing to design development using AutoCAD and SketchUp. Michael holds a Bachelor of Architecture from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and a Bachelor of Environmental Design from Montana State University-Bozeman.
