Brandon Garrett is a Managing Partner at Mindful Hires, where Brandon streamlined company operations and led a cross-functional team to achieve company objectives. At DLM Professional and EverStaff, Brandon worked as a Recruiter and Recruitment Specialist, respectively, developing strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent. Brandon also served as a Technical Recruiter at Amazon, implementing end-to-end recruitment strategies and building strong relationships with hiring managers.
