Linda Sanchez, SHRM-SCP, possesses extensive experience in human resources leadership, demonstrating a strong focus on diversity, equity, inclusion, and talent development across various industries. Currently serving as Chief People Officer and Head of HR at DLL since August 2024, Linda previously held the role of Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer at Fulton Bank, where responsibilities included organizational reviews, managing benefits, and enhancing HR processes. Prior positions include Chief People Officer at Diversified Search Group and EVP, Chief Human Resources Officer at Bryn Mawr Trust, where significant contributions were made in employee engagement, strategic planning, and cultural initiatives. With a career spanning over two decades, Linda also has entrepreneurial experience as the owner of Ashley's Cafe LLC and held senior roles at Berkadia and Capmark that focused on organizational transformation and talent management. Linda holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Penn State University.
