Chris Ressa is a seasoned commercial real estate executive with extensive experience in leasing and operations, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Leasing at DLC Management Corp since January 2012. Ressa leads a high-performing leasing team across a nationwide portfolio, driving net operating income and enhancing property values through strategic merchandising, innovative marketing, and the development of major accounts. Prior positions include Senior Vice President of Leasing for the Northeast/Midwest and Vice President of Leasing for the Midwest Region, where Ressa significantly increased occupancy and leasing activity. Previous roles include National Leasing Representative at General Growth Properties and various positions at DLC Management Corp and Ashkenazy Acquisitions Corp. Ressa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Rutgers University, attained in 2005.
