Sangeeta Banerjee is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and process improvement across various sectors. Currently serving as Operational Excellence Lead at Close Brothers since March 2023, Sangeeta previously worked at HSBC from March 2020 to March 2023, focusing on process reengineering and streamlining global processes. Sangeeta has held leadership roles at Visa as a Lead Consultant for Strategic Improvement and at Lloyds Banking Group, managing change initiatives and enhancing client delivery. Sangeeta's career also includes significant positions at Barclays, where expertise in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies was applied, and earlier management roles in operational excellence at Piramal Healthcare. Sangeeta possesses an MBA in Finance from IBS Hyderabad and a BSc in Chemistry from Delhi University among other qualifications.
