Tal M. Freilich, CCEP-I, currently serves as Vice President of Group Governance, Risk & Compliance at DKSH, leading efforts to uphold ethical conduct and compliance within the organization. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Group Compliance at DKSH, Ethics & Compliance Counsel at Agoda, and various compliance positions at Teva Pharmaceuticals, where responsibilities encompassed managing teams and ensuring adherence to regulations across global R&D operations. Tal began a legal career as a legal intern at the Israeli Ministry of Justice and completed military service in the Israeli Defense Forces' Intelligence Corps. Tal holds both a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Reichman University.
