Ryan Sailor currently serves as President at Diya Finance LLC since October 2023. Previously, Ryan held positions at Aureus Finance Group, including Interim Operator and Head of Strategy from January 2022 to October 2023. Between April 2018 and December 2021, Ryan functioned as Managing Director at Crestline Advisory Group, completing over 200 due diligence engagements for M&A, equity investments, and credit facilities. Ryan's experience also includes leadership roles at BKD CPAs & Advisors, where strategic planning and consulting services were focused on consumer finance, along with senior management positions at Clayton Holdings LLC, overseeing surveillance operations and asset management. Beginning a career in retail banking, Ryan has developed a comprehensive background in finance and advisory services, bolstered by a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Colorado State University.
