Fidencio Leija Jr. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project consulting, business ownership, and community engagement. Currently serving as a Project Consultant at Dixie Chemical Co. since March 2022, Fidencio provides strategic advice on public relations and marketing while enhancing employee engagement. Previously, as a Small Business Owner at Farmers Insurance - The Leija Agency from September 2017 to September 2023, Fidencio successfully merged multiple agencies and achieved high customer retention amidst challenging circumstances. Experience also includes roles in business development and HR management at Group 1 Automotive and Neighborhood Centers Inc., respectively. A former US Navy Radioman, Fidencio holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from Texas State University and is pursuing a Master of Arts in Business/Corporate Communications at the University of Colorado Boulder.
