Nishant Machado has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Nishant is currently serving as the Managing Partner at Sporos Capital Partners since January 2021. Prior to this, they held the role of Senior Managing Director at Accordion from October 2006. At Accordion, they specialized in guiding companies towards financial growth, representing them during bankruptcy and managing complex M&A transactions. In 2021, they also co-founded and became Chairman of the Board at PAMOS BEVERAGE CO. In 2018, Nishant became the Chief Executive Officer and Board Member at Dividend Restaurant Group. Nishant also served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Sbarro from 2017 to 2021 and as a Board Member at Native Foods Cafe LLC in 2016. Nishant began their career as a Financial Analyst at Banks Corporation in 2005, where they focused on financial and data analysis and IT systems configuration.

Nishant Machado holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with minors in Finance and MIS from Purdue University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications including Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor and M&A Advisor 40 Under 40 Award.
