Nicole Tripps' work experience begins in 2007 as a Staff Accountant at Baker Tilly US, a position they held until 2009 when they were promoted to Senior Accountant. In 2012, they joined Copesan as a Controller and remained in that role until 2019. In 2019, they briefly served as the Director of Finance at LPi. Currently, they are the Chief Financial Officer at Dividend Restaurant Group, where they previously held the position of Controller from 2020 to 2021.

Nicole Tripps obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 2006. Nicole then pursued a Master's degree in Accounting at the same university from 2006 to 2007. In 2008, Nicole obtained a Certified Public Accountant certification.
