Jason Dunn is currently the Principal Operator for Arby's at Diversified Restaurant Group, overseeing franchise relations, operations, marketing, HR, and more across multiple states. Jason also serves as the VP of Operations Excellence for all 350+ restaurants at DRG. Prior to this, Jason held various leadership positions at The Krystal Company and Arby's Restaurant Group, Inc., demonstrating their expertise in operations and franchise management. Dunn has a strong background in training, strategic planning, and achieving operational excellence.
