Mariana Romero has a solid background in the food industry, currently serving as an Auditora Bromatológica Interna for YPF at Diversey since October 2024, where responsibilities include process control and quality assurance. Since July 2024, Mariana has also pursued an entrepreneurial venture in sweet tarts at Bensweet. Previous experience includes roles in quality analysis at Molino Cañuelas SACIFIA from January 2022 to March 2024 and earlier positions including sales assistance and quality analysis within the same company. Mariana's academic foundation in food engineering was established at Universidad de la Cuenca del Plata, where studies were completed between 2012 and 2018. Additionally, past internships at the Municipalidad de la Ciudad de Corrientes and the Municipalidad de Resistencia provided valuable experience in economic development and bromatological control.
