Ishaan Monga serves as the Associate Vice President at Diverse Lynx since January 2016, managing client relationships and service delivery for major clients including Cognizant, Wipro, TCS, Mphasis, Capgemini, and Tech Mahindra across the US and Canada. Previous roles include Client Relationship Manager and Account Manager, where expertise in account management, team management, and vendor management was honed. Prior to Diverse Lynx, Ishaan worked at HCL Technologies in talent acquisition and at Artech Information Systems, focusing on US IT recruitment. Ishaan holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Lovely Professional University.
