Prior to this role, Jill held various leadership positions at Centene Corporation from 2019 to 2024, including Vice President of Population Health & Clinical Operations, where oversight was provided for care management of approximately 1.4 million Medicaid and dual-eligible members. Jill's career includes significant contributions at Meridian from 2009 to 2019, progressing from Manager of Member Services to Senior Manager of Care Coordination, with responsibilities that encompassed managing customer care programs, building a new business foundation, and implementing care coordination initiatives. Jill holds a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix.
