Gus Villalpando has a diverse and extensive work experience in the engineering and facility management field. Starting in 2000, they worked as an HVAC Journeyman Engineer at Able Engineering. Gus then moved on to become a Chief Engineer at ABM Engineering, where they worked from 2004 to 2008. Gus continued their career as a Chief Engineer at CB Richard Ellis @ Digital Realty Trust from 2008 to 2010, and later at ABM Industries @ Digital Realty from 2011 to 2012. In 2012, they joined Vantage Data Centers as a Master Critical Facility Engineer before transitioning to their role as Director of Engineering at DivcoWest in 2022. Along the way, they also worked at CBRE GWS Technical Division in various roles, including Regional Operations Manager and AMS - FM, Engineering Director. With their extensive experience, Gus brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their current role.

Gus Villalpando obtained an Associate Degree from San Jose City College from 1995 to 1998. Gus pursued a field of study in Associate Degree during this period. Additionally, they attended Seqouia Institute from 1998 to 2000, where they obtained a Certification in Climate Controls Technician. Gus'sfocus of study in this institution was HVAC.
