Lenka Rusnakova is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in human resources and business operations. Currently serving as the Business Operations & Communication Manager at DITEC, a.s., since January 2024, Lenka previously held the position of Chief People Officer at IPM Group, where HR strategies and employee relations initiatives were developed and implemented. Prior roles include HR Manager at DITEC, a.s., and various management positions at DXC Technology and Hewlett-Packard, where Lenka oversaw partner finance processing, engaged local and international teams, and contributed to strategic planning. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in International Relations and Affairs from Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave.
