Sonali Saxena is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and food technology sectors. Currently building District by Zomato since January 2025, Sonali previously played a pivotal role in developing Zomato Plus and led national key accounts at Zomato from June 2021 to January 2025. Prior experience includes co-founding Sass Hospitality to introduce modern dining concepts in tier 2 and tier 3 cities, along with various leadership roles at Zomato and Bharti Airtel Limited, where significant achievements included substantial growth in sales and operational efficiencies. Sonali's career commenced at Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces, demonstrating early leadership and revenue management capabilities. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Program in Marketing and Finance from the Indian School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration from IHM Mumbai.
