Yitin D. has a strong background in IT governance, risk, and compliance. They started their career as a Forensic Auditor at Halliburton in 2009. In 2011, Yitin joined EY as a Manager in IT Risk & Assurance. They then moved to DistributionNOW in 2017, where they held the role of IT SOX Compliance Consultant before becoming the Director of Global SOX Compliance. In 2019, Yitin joined Nexeo Plastics as the Director of IT Governance, Risk & Compliance. They are currently the Director of Global IT GRC at DistributionNOW starting in 2022.

Yitin D. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from Louisiana Tech University in 2004. In the same year, they also pursued a Minor in Marketing from the same university. Additionally, in 2004, they attended Louisiana State University to pursue an MBA.
