Kristin Eng is an experienced educational leader, currently serving as the Elementary School Principal at Distinctive Schools since August 2020 and previously as the Assistant Principal. Prior roles include Personalized Learning Manager and Senior Manager of School Supports at Leap Innovations, and Assistant Principal at Christopher House. Eng's career began at Chicago Public Schools, where roles included Resident Principal, focusing on data-driven instructional cycles and professional development. Eng holds a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from National Louis University and a Bachelor's Degree in Family and Child Studies from Northern Illinois University, complemented by early career experience as a Child Development Specialist.
