Felix Wandel has held various leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson, including Vice President - Global Business Unit Lead for Digital Surgery, managing a newly established unit focused on surgical workflow solutions. An extensive career includes roles on the Board of Directors at Janssen-Cilag Pharma GmbH and Johnson & Johnson AG, as well as financial leadership positions across various divisions within Johnson & Johnson. Academic qualifications include a Diploma of Education from INSEAD, an MBA from Edinburgh Business School, and an Artificial Intelligence Programme from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, alongside a Diplom Kaufmann from the University of Cologne.
