Prudence Richardson has a diverse work experience in the field of brand management and marketing. Prudence started their career as an Editorial Intern at OK! Magazine in December 2013, where they assisted with photoshoots and product research. Prudence then became an Editorial Intern at Style Magazines from January 2014 to March 2014, gaining insight into different aspects of the fashion and beauty industry. In the same year, they worked as an E-Commerce Assistant at Beginning Boutique, where they were responsible for uploading products to the website and assisting with photoshoots.

In 2014, Prudence joined Scentre Group, the owner and operator of Westfield in Australia and New Zealand. Prudence began as a Brand Experience Assistant, contributing to the marketing plan and executing PR events. Prudence then became a Brand Experience Executive, involved in planning and executing campaigns and managing stakeholders. During their time at Scentre Group, they also managed the digital content plan, website content, and financial processes.

Prudence's most recent position is at Dissh, where they started in 2017. Prudence initially worked as a Social Media Manager before moving up to the role of Brand & PR Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Brand, demonstrating their growth within the company.
