Giorgiana Tecuci serves as the President of the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation's Region 2 Board of Directors, overseeing operations across Africa, Asia, Europe, and MENA since May 2020, and has held various leadership roles within the organization, including President-Elect and Board Member representing Europe. Additionally, Giorgiana has been an Adjudicator for the Asociatia Romana a Inginerilor Consultanti since December 2016 and a partner at SCPA Tecuci-Paltineanu since August 2001, specializing in construction, mining, environmental, and commercial law. Giorgiana also acts as an Arbitrator at the Arbitration Court C.C.I. Arges in Romania and contributed to capacity building for FIDIC from 2002 to 2018. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Law from Universitatea Creștină „Dimitrie Cantemir” din București and postgraduate studies from Best Smart Consulting, along with a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration from Swinburne University of Technology.
