Denis O'Malley has extensive experience in dispute resolution and construction services, currently serving as a DRB Member and/or Chair at the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation since November 2005. Prior to this role, Denis O'Malley held the position of Manager of Construction Services and Northern California Technical Solutions Leader at Brown and Caldwell from July 1972 to October 2013. Denis O'Malley earned a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from Stanford University in 1972 and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Loyola University, Los Angeles, in 1971.
