Darrell Dexter serves as Vice Chair at Global Public Affairs, collaborating with public affairs experts on client matters and business development since September 2015. Dexter is also an Honourary Distinguished Fellow at Dalhousie University's MacEachen Institute of Public Policy and Governance, where chairing weekly roundtable discussions on public policy topics takes place. Previously, Dexter held significant roles, including Chair of the Council of the Federation (2012-2013), Premier of Nova Scotia (2009-2013), and Member of the Legislative Assembly for Cole Harbour (1998-2013). As Leader of the Opposition for the Nova Scotia New Democratic Party (2001-2009), Dexter achieved notable electoral performances and healthcare reforms.
