Peter Deumers possesses extensive experience in production and project management, currently serving as Manager of Production at Silgan Dispensing since September 2022. Prior to this role, Peter held various positions at SC Johnson Europlant from 2005 to September 2022, including Logistic Production Manager, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing a team of 40 full-time equivalents, managing 24/7 production operations, and implementing departmental operational KPIs. Earlier roles at SC Johnson also included Project Lead for Technical and Facility Services, Lean Architect, and Project Engineer, focusing on utility installations and Lean manufacturing principles. Peter's career began after earning a degree in Mechanics, Energy Technology, and HVAC from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, with further education at AOG since 2013. Additional experience includes roles as Pillar Lead for Training & Development at SC Johnson and Senior Engineer at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, alongside project management positions in building installations and HVAC systems at Hoek Engineering and Wolter & Dros.
