Thomas Gaston has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Thomas began their career in 2011 in the US Navy, where they held various roles such as Intelligence Specialist, Lead Petty Officer, and Liaison Officer. In 2017, they joined Geo Owl LLC as a Team Lead and Intelligence Analyst, supporting a special operations task force. Thomas then became a Site Lead and Senior Intelligence Analyst for Special Operations Command on a deployment. Thomas joined Radiance Technologies in 2020 as a Sensitive Data Analyst and Junior Software Developer, where they developed solutions to automate processes and improve data analysis. Currently, Thomas is an Operations Specialist at Dispel, starting in 2023. Throughout their career, they demonstrated strong leadership skills and performed highly visible operations supporting various responsibilities.
Thomas Gaston attended the University of South Alabama from 2008 to 2015, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in International Relations and Affairs. Thomas'sdegree is still in progress. In addition to their formal education, Thomas has obtained various certifications. In July 2012, they completed the Dynamics of International Terrorism course offered by the US Airforce. In June 2010, they successfully completed the Navy Marine Corp Intelligence Training Center A and C School provided by the US Navy. Thomas also obtained certifications such as Survive, Evade, Resist, Escape (SERE) and the Joint Analyst Interrogator Collaboration Course, both through the US Army in January 2017 and August 2013, respectively. Moreover, they completed the Riverine Reconnaissance Analysis Course offered by the US Navy in July 2011. Additionally, Thomas acquired certifications in NCRC Combat Training (October 2016) and the Airborne Systems Operations Course (November 2016) through the US Army and United States Airforce, respectively. Finally, they completed the Water Survival Course provided by the United States Navy in September 2016.
