Carol Johnson is a seasoned professional in transfer pricing and controversy, currently working at The Walt Disney Company since December 2019. Prior to this role, Carol served as a Director in the Northern transfer pricing team at PwC from January 2002 to September 2019, accumulating over 15 years of experience in assisting multinational groups with various transfer pricing challenges and managing complex planning and restructuring projects. Earlier in Carol's career, a position as a Tax Manager was held at KPMG UK from 1997 to 2001. Carol is an alumna of the University of Bristol, holding a Bachelor's Degree in Physics.
