Anjali Gvalani is an accomplished leader in employee and leadership development with over two decades of experience in learning and talent development across major organizations. At The Walt Disney Company, Gvalani currently serves as the Enterprise Employee & Leadership Development Leader, previously holding roles such as Associate Director for Learning, Talent & Organization Development in India and Southeast Asia. Gvalani has a proven track record of designing and implementing effective learning strategies and employee engagement initiatives. Prior experience includes senior management positions at Hutchison 3 Global Services Pvt Ltd (now Tech Mahindra) and Orange (now Vodafone), where Gvalani contributed significantly to learning and development across various corporate teams. Educational qualifications include an Executive Education Program in Strategic Talent Management from the Indian School of Business, an MHRDM in Human Resources from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, and a Bachelor’s in Commerce from the University of Mumbai.
