Joe Rand has extensive experience in marketing and distribution strategy within the Disney organization, holding various leadership roles including Vice President for both Disney Parks, Experiences and Products and Yellow Shoes Creative Group. Prior positions include Vice President of Marketing Strategy at Walt Disney World and Director of Marketing at both Walt Disney World and Disney Cruise Line. Joe Rand's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Central Florida.
