Fabio Malacarne is an experienced bartender and bar manager with a strong background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Head Bartender at Dishoom since November 2021, Fabio previously held the position of Bar Manager at Mala Indian Kitchen & Bar from July 2020 to February 2022. Fabio's journey in bartending began at Maxwells from 2013 to 2015, followed by roles at Dishoom from 2015 to 2019, where both head bartender and bartender responsibilities were undertaken. Additional experience includes a role as Head Bartender at Bar Tincture and a brief stint as a Sales Assistant at Guess in late 2019.
