Nicole McCaughan has extensive experience in senior care, currently serving as a Resident Care Specialist at Discovery Senior Living since October 2024. Previously, Nicole held the position of Director of Nursing at Teresa's House - Assisted Living & Memory Care from February 2023 to October 2024, and served as Resident Care Director at The Vantage At Cityview between November 2021 and March 2023. Additional roles include Wellness Director at Civitas Senior Living from February 2018 to August 2020, and RSD at Atria Senior Living from July 2012 to December 2016. Nicole received education from Texas State Technical College Waco.
