Takalani Musekwa serves as the Group Head of Reward at Discovery Limited and holds the position of Lead Pastor at Grace Communion International. Additionally, Takalani is a Board Member at the Unemployment Insurance Fund South Africa (UIF) and has previously acted as the Chief Human Resources Officer at the South African Revenue Service (SARS), where a role as Head of Remuneration & Benefits was also undertaken. Prior experience includes serving as the Head of People Programme in Global Shared Services at Anglo American. Takalani's educational background includes an MBA in Business Management from the University of South Africa, completed between 1999 and 2002, and further studies in Human Resources Management through WorldatWork from September 2022 to September 2025.
