Melissa Downer is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in consulting, sales, marketing, human resources, and project management. Currently serving as a Consultant and Sales and Marketing Manager at Discovery Land Company since December 2017, Melissa has also held key roles at Taboo Muskoka Resort as Human Resources Manager and Director of Operations from April 2015 to May 2017, and at Planscape Inc as Project Manager from June 2012 to March 2014. Melissa's academic foundation includes an Associate's degree in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from Capilano College, earned between 1991 and 1993.
