Cherika Best, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Sr. Director of Total Rewards at Discovery Education, where responsibilities include developing total rewards strategies, overseeing talent acquisition teams, and managing external vendor relationships. Prior to this role, Cherika held the position of Sr. Director of Talent at DreamBox Learning, focusing on talent strategies and employee training initiatives. Previous experience includes leadership roles in global talent acquisition at Infobip and OpenMarket, as well as extensive talent acquisition management positions at Alaska Airlines and Allegiant. Cherika holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Western Governors University and an Associate degree in Business from Dixie State University.
