Amber Caldwell has extensive experience in education and sales enablement, currently serving as Senior Director of Sales Enablement at Discovery Education since December 2017. In this role, Amber has spearheaded the development and implementation of strategies to enhance retention and renewal rates, as well as upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Previous positions at Discovery Education include Director of Business Strategy & Success and Senior Manager of Business Strategy and Success, where Amber focused on customer lifecycle documentation and training materials. Prior to this, Amber held roles in K-12 education, including Navy School Liaison Officer at Naval Station Great Lakes and District Mathematics Coordinator for Bradley County Schools, in addition to serving as Mathematics Department Chair at Walker Valley High School. Amber holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Education, a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration, and an Administration Endorsement.
