Justin Balague has extensive work experience in the field of marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and marketing operations. Justin is currently working as the Director of Marketing Operations at Discovery Behavioral Health, where they are responsible for optimizing and governing the marketing tech stacks, ensuring effective integration of technology and automation, optimizing funnels, defining clear goals, tracking data, and managing budgets. Justin also manages all digital assets and analysis platforms for the organization. Prior to this role, Justin worked as a Digital Marketing Manager at both Discovery Behavioral Health and Center For Discovery, where they established the digital marketing department and significantly increased organic visitors. Justin also served as the Social Media Marketing Director at GanoLife International and as a Host/Grass-root Marketing Associate at Sega Food Groups Inc.
Justin Balague completed their Associate of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Chaffey College between 2012 and 2017. Justin later pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing with a focus on Digital Advertising, Branding, and Promotion at Indiana Wesleyan University from 2018 to 2021.
