Celia Baxter is an experienced Senior Independent Director and Non-Executive Director with a strong background in remuneration and sustainability practices. Over three decades, they have held significant roles in various sectors, including services, manufacturing, and oil, across international FTSE 100 companies and Big Four consulting firms. Celia's expertise encompasses change management, strategic decision-making, and corporate governance, with substantial global experience in diverse markets. They currently serve as Non-Executive Director for Genus PLC and Volution Group plc, and are involved with discoverIE Group plc and Dowlais Group plc, where they chair remuneration committees. Celia completed their Doctor of Philosophy and Bachelor's degree in Botany from the University of Reading.
