Heather Harley has over seven years of experience in operations and guest service management, currently serving as Operations Manager at the South Carolina Department of Parks, Recreation & Tourism since December 2016. In this role, Heather leads program-wide guest service initiatives and oversees the creation of a guest service guide handbook, while managing resources related to budgeting, safety, and training initiatives. Prior to this, Heather worked as an Intake Coordinator at Life HME, where responsibilities included routine operations management, customer communication, and coordination with medical professionals, contributing to revenue collection through the management of over 5,000 patient records. Heather holds a degree in Hospitality Management with a focus on Meeting and Event Planning from the University of South Carolina, completed in 2015.
