Lacy Carrall has over 25 years of experience in vendor management and client relations within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Senior Vendor Manager at Discover Financial Services since January 2014, Lacy previously held the role of Manager, Vendor Process Review. Prior to this, Lacy worked at Brumbaugh & Quandahl, P.C. as Client Relations & Compliance Manager and at Forster, Garbus & Garbus as Director. Lacy's career began at Citicards, where Lacy served as Attorney Strategy Manager from June 1996 to April 2007. Lacy holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Management from Baker University, completed between 1998 and 2000.
