Dhaval Chauhan possesses extensive experience in the digital payments and technology sectors, currently serving as the Director and Head of Digital Payment Technology and Specification Development at Discover Financial Services since April 2013. Previous roles include Sr. Manager of R&D focusing on digital technology, Manager of New Initiatives in Advanced Payments Technology, and mobile payment solution architect at Wipro Technologies, where Dhaval led the design of a SIM-based mobile payment solution for Lloyds Bank. Dhaval's earlier experience also includes New Technology Manager at Visa Europe, overseeing EMV/VIS specifications, and Project Leader at Thales e-Security. Dhaval holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai.
