Clarissa Westby is currently the CBS Infrastructure Strategy Senior Manager at Discover Financial. Prior to this, they were the National Expansion Strategy Lead and Vice President at U.S. Bank from November 2013 to June 2022. In this role, they leveraged customer, industry, and market data to develop and drive program growth. Clarissa also partnered with cross-functional executive leaders to identify market priorities and opportunities, and aligned banking expansion efforts with the company’s overall go-to-market strategy and objectives.

Before joining U.S. Bank, Westby was the Mortgage Loan Officer at Bremer Bank from July 2011 to October 2013. Prior to that, they were a Credit Analyst at First Savings Bank from December 2010 to May 2011.

Westby has a proven track record in developing and executing growth strategies, as well as experience in project management, business planning, and credit analysis. Clarissa is a strategic thinker who is able to align their initiatives with their company’s overall objectives. Westby is an effective communicator who is able to build relationships with cross-functional teams and partners.

Clarissa Westby has a Master of Arts in Global Management from the University of Alabama and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Minot State University.
